Lon VomBaur
Owner, Design Consultant

Lon is a military veteran whose service as an officer includes tours in Okinawa, Korea, West Africa, Iraq, and Afghanistan. After leaving the military, Lon was a logistics manager for companies that constructed power plants. Wanting to return to his family in Utah and seeing an opportunity to help homeowners, he established Rock Top Construction.

Bryce VomBaur
Project Consultant, Admin Director

Bryce graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication. He played football at Allan Hancock College and completed two internships while attending school — one with the University of Utah football team and one with a London-based marketing agency. His full-time responsibilities at Rock Top include project management, marketing, and general administration.

Chris Ripplinger
Project Consultant, Solar Specialist

Chris graduated from Weber State University with a BA in Communication and Marketing. He worked in framing, commercial window tint, and held account management positions for Google Offers and Polycom. Since February 2014, Chris has worked in residential and commercial solar sales and installs. He joined Rock Top in October of 2020 as a roof and solar project consultant.
